and fauna living in land and water resources.
Certain living beings are area specific like Nilgiri tahr in Western
Ghats. Biodiversity includes three main types:
□Genetic diversity (diversity within species ),
□Species diversity (between species ) and
□Ecosystem diversity (between ecosystems).
To have a proper ecosystem the conservation of biodiversity is
inevitable. Remember the saying “Each creature on earth has its own
purpose of its existence”
