PERFORMANCE

Dear Mr. Cartman,

On behalf of my client, Lucky J. De Vera, I am writing you regarding a breach of
contract between you and Lucky De Vera, a resident of Rm. 501 D Billion Towers,
Caranglaan, Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
Under the contract entitled “Condominium Unit Renovation Agreement” dated 28
January 2022, Lucky De Vera has partially fulfilled his obligation to pay the initial amount
of P15,000 of your service to renovate his condominium unit. According to your contract,
you are obligated to provide renovation services and finish the same on or before 28
February 2022. However, up to this day, you have failed to finish renovating half of the
condominium unit- thus constituting a breach of the agreement.
In view thereof, I hereby make the final demand to fulfill your obligation under the
agreement, all in good faith, on or before 28 April 2022. Otherwise, I would be constrained
to institute the proper civil complaint against you. I will also hold you liable for interest,
damages, attorney’s fees, and expenses that my client will incur arising from your breach
of contract.
