The violation of Traffic Rules has been drastically increased for a few years.

It
in turn causes and leads to accidents and every year. Although, the
government has been taking stringent measures, the violation of the traffic
rules by the citizens has become inevitable. Considering the same, the
Government of India has imposed New Traffic Rules under the Motor Vehicle
Act. Moreover, the government has amended it to Motor Vehicle Act
2021. Under this New Act, the government will not be going to spare the
public violating the traffic rules, will impose a huge fines for the faulty
drivers.

Amendment In Motor Vehicles Act 1989


Amendments to the Motor Vehicles Act 1989 to New Traffic Rules 2022 to October 1,

2022 has been extended to the whole country. Some major changes have been made in

the New Traffic Rules 2022 . As such, you no longer have to keep a physical copy of

your vehicle related documents or driving license . You can use soft copy of these

documents while driving and it will be fully recognized. You will not be wrongly challaned by

the traffic police, as well as complete information about your challan will be available

through the online portal. This decision has been taken to promote digitization as well as to

reduce the problem of bribery.


Road Safety Rules 2022
 Any person who commits a violation of the driving license rules under the new
amended law can be fined up to Rs 1 lakh , plus if the vehicle is driven at high
speed on the road then in such a situation from ₹ 1000 to ₹ Fines up to 2000 may
be imposed.
 According to Road Safety Rules 2022 , if a minor is caught driving while driving, he
will be fined ₹ 25000, in case of registration of the vehicle will be canceled and
the minor does not become a driving license till the age of 25 years. Can. He
will be banned until he turns 25 to create a driving license.
 According to the New Traffic Rules 2022 , people who talk on mobile while driving
vehicles, unnecessarily do traffic jams, driving dangerously, driving in the wrong
direction, these people have been fined heavily.

some things have also been exempted, such as while driving , you do not have to
keep a hard copy of your Driving License or RC , you download
from Digilocker or Mparivahan App Can also show copy of RC / DL made . E copy
has been fully validated and will be accepted.
