DAY 1 (7 SEP 2022): ARRIVAL SAIGON – 4:30pm transfer to visit Bitexco Tower – No
guide
Xin Chao! Namaste! Welcome to Saigon

Upon arrival in Saigon, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day will be
yours. Why not wander around the streets for an overview of this bustling city.

Around 4:30pm, our driver (no guide) will pick you up to visit Bitexco Tower (entrance fee will be
pay by yourself on spot). At 7:30pm, our driver will pick you up and transfer back hotel.

DAY 2 (8 SEP 2022): SAIGON CU CHI TUNNELS - SAIGON TOUR – A O Show (B/L) –
group tour
PICK UP: 07:30 – 08:00 (the time of pick up depends on customer’s hotel/ accommodation’s
exact position).
RETURN: 19:00

Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was
built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known
landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the
beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the
historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the
museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.
Have lunch at local restaurant.

Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving.
Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by
introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the
harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel
systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side
with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers
helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many

hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the
war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.
Return to Saigon. End trip.

At 7:30pm, our driver will pick you up to see A O Show (A Zone ticket). After the show, you will
transfer back hotel.

DAY 3 (9 SEP 2022): SAIGON - MEKONG TOUR (B/L) – group tour

PICK UP: 07:30 – 08:00 (the time of pick up depends on customer’s hotel/
accommodation’s exact position).
RETURN: 17:30

Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town
lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to
the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four
beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.
Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical
fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.
Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the
countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy
workshop.

Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.

In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to
experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for
those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End trip.

DAY 4 (10 SEP 2022): SAIGON - DEPARTURE (B) – no guide

Free for shopping on your own budget in the morning. Afterward, transfer to the airport for your
onward flight

Booking condition
1. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN
If you are travelling with your children it is your responsibility to ensure that they are fit and healthy so they can participate
in your chosen itinerary and that they are supervised at all times during the tour. Jewel Tours is not responsible for any
failure to participate in any activity due to your child's health or for the supervision of children on the tour.

1.1 Rates for Children (applicable for ONE child only per booking)
Children under 2 years of age free of charge (Share bed with parents
Children from 3 - 5 years of age charge 25% tour cost (without extra bed) & 50% of tour cost  (with extra bed)
Children from 6 - 11 years 50% of tour cost  (without extra bed) & 75% of tour cost (with extra bed)
Children 12 years of age are charged as an adult (able to share room with adults in 1 extra bed or stay in single room
subject charge)

2. HOW TO PAY
Upon agreement with the tour program and costs, we will provide you with a deposit invoice before we process the booking.

Pay for package tours: There are 2 options

❖ Option 1
Pay deposit 30% by the time of booking is confirmed
Balance pay 14 days prior to arrival date

❖ Option 2
No deposit required
Full payment made 30 days prior to arrival date

If a booking is made within the 30 days prior to departure you are required to make the full payment at the time of the
booking confirmation. 

*Any group with more than 8 persons is subject to special conditions.

Pay for other services

❖ Pay for accommodation, payment term is attached to the booking
❖ Pay for transfer and sightseeing, full payment 7 days prior to arrival date

2.2 Payment by credit card or debit card

Payments by credit card are subjected to a charge of 3% of the total cost. You are required to fill in an Authorization form
as a part of the payment contract. You should inform your bank about your payment in advance. The payer must be a
member of the group that will be travelling with us.

2.2.1 Payment by Third party

Upon request the payment can be made by a third party. The payer will have to fill in the authorization form and an
approval letter for confirmation of the payment. Both documents have the be signed by the payer.

2.3 Pay by PayPal online

We offer you the option of paying by PayPal. Any payment made through PayPal will be subject to 4% of the total costs.
Upon the agreement we will send the invoice to your e-mail for the payment via our PayPal account.

3. BOOKING AMENDMENT
All amendment requests must be received in writing at our office. We will make the changes subject to availability and have
the right to charge an amendment fee of US$20 per person to cover our administration costs. In addition to the fee we
charge, any alteration, whether a change to an existing booking or a change to another tour or departure date, will also be
subject to payment by you of any of the costs imposed by any of the suppliers providing the component parts of the tour. If
the trip to which you change to is more expensive than the one you originally booked, a further deposit will also have to be
paid. 

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

4.1 Cancellation by you
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your tour at any time providing that the cancellation is made in writing.
Notice of cancellation will be effective upon receipt of your written communication. You must receive a notice that Jewel
Tours has already received your cancellation request. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery as we start to incur
costs from the time the trip is confirmed, we will retain your deposit and in addition we will apply cancellation charges as
shown below with indicated days prior to the arrival date:

A group from 1 person up to 8 persons (FIT)

45 days: loss of deposit                
15 – 44 days: charge 25% of the total tour cost           
7 – 14 days: charge 50% of the total tour cost 
Less than 7 days: charge 100% total tour cost 

A group from 8 persons and more (GIT)

60 days: loss of deposit             
45 – 59 days: charge of 25% of the total tour cost     
30 – 44 days: charge 50% of the total tour cost    
Less than 30 days: charge 100% total tour cost

*This cancellation policy is subject to change if there is any special note on the booking confirmation that has been
approved and confirmed.
*If canceling a part of the group from the original group size, we have the right to change the quote based on the amended
group size.
*Other services cancellation not allow after full payment made

4.2 Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the agreement between us for any reason prior to your holiday, whereupon we will refund
any payment that you have paid us in full. However, after a full payment has been made, we will only cancel the agreement
if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable.

In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an
alternative holiday or tour of equivalent quality, or a full refund of the payment. No additional compensation will be paid
over and above the total sum received from you.

If we are forced to cancel your holiday after departure, we will, wherever possible, make suitable alternative arrangements.
If we are unable to make such alternative arrangements, or you reject these for a good reason then we will return you to
your point of departure and refund you for any unused services, if appropriate.

4.3 Refund
If your trip or your services are booked, confirmed and you already made payment to us, then we will process the refund to
you only if you send us full documents required at the time you make the cancellation. We will complete your refund
documents within 30 days from the date we received your request for refund. If you omit any of the required documents,
Jewel Tours have the right to reject your refund request.

5. FORCE MAJEURE 
Compensation however will not be payable if we are forced to cancel for reasons of force majeure. Circumstances
amounting to "force majeure" include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not even with
all due care, foresee or forestall such as (by way of example and not by way of limitation) war, threat of war, riot, civil
strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, and all
similar events mentioned in clause 8.1. If as a consequence of force majeure, Jewel Tours is obliged to curtail, alter, extend
or cancel the tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a
consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the tour.

5.1 Happenings beyond our control

"Happenings beyond our control” refer to everything that we cannot possibly prevent or control ourselves, such as (by way
of example and not by way of limitation) natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any
vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts
of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes,
industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or
service connected with the tour. 

6. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Booking Terms and Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by Vietnamese
Law. By accepting these Booking Terms and Conditions we both agree that any dispute, claims or other matters which
arises between us will be exclusively be dealt with by the jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

7. COMPLAINT PROCESS
If you have any reason to make a complaint during your holiday or tour, you must inform our local representative or your
tour guide, and the relevant supplier of the service immediately. If you are not happy with their action or response at the
time of complaint, please inform our office in writing, within 35 days of your return home.  We will acknowledge your
written notification within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 working days.  Our aim is to resolve any
complaints you may have, but we cannot enforce the matter will be solved by the third party.
