Tentative Day wise itinerary

DAY 01: DEHRADUN TO MUSSOORIE (1-2 HRS aprx)

Today morning pickup from Airport or Railway Station and proceed to Mussoorie en-route visit Mussoorie
Lake for boating (direct pay basis). On arrival at Mussoorie check in your hotel fresh up yourself & day
free for leisure. Company Garden: A major picnic location in Mussoorie, Company Garden is a colourful
garden located at 3 km from The Mall. Company Garden has a variety of beautiful flowers and an
amusement park also and Shopping in Mall Road itself. Overnight stay in Mussoorie hotel.
DAY 02: MUSSOORIE LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast proceed to visit famous

Kempty fall is 15Kms approx. from Mussoorie. It is popular tourists point in Mussoorie.

Cloud Ends is 7Kms approx. from Mussoorie. It is highest point of Mussoorie offering awesome view to
tourists.

Camel’s Back Road is around 3Kms from Mussoorie. As name suggests rocks are shaped like a hump of
camel at the end of road.

Gun Hill Point is second highest point in Mussoorie. It is also accessible by a cable car. It offers complete
view of Mussoorie.

Lal Tibba (Red Hills) is located 6Kms from Mussoorie. After sightseeing come back to the hotel for stay
overnight.

Landour Bazaar (Sister’s Town): you can explore itself, while having a walk around it. Visit places like
Landour Language School, Chaar Dukan Area, Kellogg memorial church, the church of St. Paul, Laal
Tibba and Landour Bake house. Note: Lal Tibba, Gun Hill, Clouds End etc cab not going, you can visit
itself.

DAY 03: MUSSOORIE – RISHIKESH (85Km – 2hrs)

In the morning, after breakfast, check out from Mussoorie hotel and drive to Rishikesh. On the way visit

Bhatta Falls: Bhatta Falls is a recently developed picnic spot near Mussoorie. Located at about 7 kms
from main Mussoorie city, Bhatta Falls is still untouched by commercialization and has a natural stream of
water flowing down the hills.

After this, continue drive to Rishikesh. After reached, check in to hotel and overnight stay at Rishikesh.

Rishikesh Visiting Point

Lakshman Jhula: Legend has it that Lord Lakshman crossed the river using just two ropes. To honour
this brave act of Lord Lakshman, a 284 feet long hanging Rope Bridge was built and came to be known as
the 'Lakshman Jhula'.

Ram Jhula: Ram Jhula is an iron suspension bridge across the river Ganges, located 3 kilometres north-
east from the town Rishikesh in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

DAY 04: RISHIKESH – DEHRADUN (45Km – 1.30hrs)

In the morning, after breakfast, check out from Rishikesh hotel and you can do

River Rafting: Engage in enthralling white water rafting expedition on the mighty Ganges in Rishikesh ·
Navigate through the thrilling grade III & IV levels of rapids amidst. 650-700 Person Cost (pay direct).

Lacchiwala Nature Park: Local nature park with landscaped gardens, topiary, ponds, and a variety of
floral and decorative plants, with boating options, good for a day trip with family and kids.

After rafting session, drive to Dehradun. Reached Dehradun, drop to Airport or Railway Station for
onwards next destination.

Cancellation Policy: -
Token amount not refundable and once booking made, cancellation charge will be 40% of total Billing.
30 - 15 days Before Check in - 50% of the total estimated Bill.
15- 07 days - 75 % of the Total Estimated Bill.
07 Days before check in - 100% of the total Estimated Bill.

 The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget. In case of
any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied
extra.
 Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the
itinerary are subject to confirmation
 Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals,
we shall not be responsible.
 We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are
not liable for it.
 In Himachal and Kashmir, and any hill station the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot
be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location,
Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.
 You can check all the hotels quoted by our executive if you want to change any hotels or upgrade
service difference will be left, carefully check our confirmation if you want any change then update
us within 7 days from the receiving confirmation voucher.
 Changes are not possible at the last moment or at the time of check in; it depends on availability
with additional charges.
 We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that
particular day to ensure smooth execution of tours.
 Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel
rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees
 If any amount committed on arrival, menaces all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick
up if not paid then service will stop.
 If you paid the amount by debit & credit card 2.50% will be extra from the package cost
 No discount will be provided after confirmation.

Propone and Postpone: -

 If in case you wish to Prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in
advance via mail,
 We do not charge anything if the package is postpones/ Prepone, charges depend on hotels.
Additional charges will be levied.
 Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of hotel/transport and
season/off-season time. (Do intimate us 10 days prior to your journey)
 We do not accept any change in plan within 10 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like
adverse climatic conditions or strikes, packages can be postponed which will be intimated to you
beforehand.
 Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.

Terms and Condition: -

 Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with
quotation.
 The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in
the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and an advance amount is deposited
either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case
we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the
 guests. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or
draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages
which are booked under our Airline Group Packages airline tickets might be delivered
2 days before the departure of the group.
 Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In
case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or
higher category rooms where you had to pay the difference.
 Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets
are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of tickets and cancellation charges
are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
 Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing and amended
confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy
shall be applicable in such cases.
 In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion
whether to take service or not.
 Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of international travel) containing
your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a
valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
 The check-in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and the number of
meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest.
The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
 For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the
hotel.
 The Company will not be responsible in any way for Flight Miss, any loss, injury or damage to
person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage,
breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather
& road condition.
 In case of international travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation
in the international market or subject to availability.
 On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information
and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept
