Title of the Activity: School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA) System Training
Program
Training Objectives: The Training Program on School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment
(SMEA) System aims to:
a. demonstrate understanding of the school Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework;
b. describe the process flow of SMEA as part of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment
(MEA) system in the school;
c. validate the data gathered, consolidation and reporting tools needed to carry out the MEA
process in the school;
d. commit to transfer the MEA system in the school; and
e. develop training implementation plan for the school on SMEA.
