    SYMPTOM: Control needs to be reset

    SOFT RESET PROCEDURE /


    FACTORY RESET – “COMM ERROR, F3, F7”
    Step 1‐ Remove the top panel

    Step 2 – Remove power from the Washer

    Step 3 – Locate the program button on PCB
    • The program button is located on the top of the 
    PCB control at the front of the machine

    Step 4 – Performing soft reset
    • Push and hold the programming button on 
    the PCB and power the machine up while 
    holding the programming button. 

    • Release the programming button once the 
    control is at:

    • “Set”  for all A‐series washers

    • “DEXTER” for all C‐Series washers
