Music In You - to create a new song using current hits to teach

students lessons

The hardest part of this project was creating lyrics that matched the song’s beat and
wording. It wasn’t difficult to copy and paste the chords with the lyrics. Students will
have to locate their creativity in creating songs. Things that made it easier for me is
counting how many syllables were in each phrase and matching that amount with the
lyrics I created.

medium for their intended audiences

I primarily see teachers using this project to teach students subjects. For example, I
taught my students about science safety. I can also see middle and high school
students using this project to show what they learned about history, such as historical
figures and events. This can also be used to connect students to form ’bands’ to teach
their peers topics that were assigned.
