ACHIEVING COMMUNITY HAPPINESS THROUGH AFFORDABLE ECO-FRIENDLY
SMART HOUSES
ABSTRACT:

 Urbanization ,economic power and population growth causes lack of

significance of affordable houses.
 The rapidly rising cost of housing in large cities coupled with high
migration from rural to urban places are driving people to be homeless.
 There are many cities in the world flooded with expensive houses that
relatively unaffordable to be owned by low-income people.
 The primary concern is for lower income households group. They have
limited access to affordable housing and the way to overcome it is by
focusing on sustainable, low-cost housing.
 As per differing household income, there are different type of houses with
variety of costs.
 Still there are apartments which are empty that aren’t occupied by the
people. This is just because of finanical condition as well as population
growth.
 Eco-friendly smart houses play a vital role in developing affordable
houses.
 Eco friendly houses will minimize construction costs, minimize negative
environmental impact and reduce energy consumption.
 I want proposes to resolve the unaffordable house issues by constructing
eco-friendly smart houses.
 It was suggested that these houses will lead to community happiness.
 This study may contribute in two ways
1. First, it can contribute to sustainable development goals agenda and
offers a new approach in constructing affordable houses.
2. Second, it can be contribute to theoretical development on the
linkage between purchase intention and expectation on community
happiness.
