HS.15:49, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM COMBINED OPERATION 5.1 OUTLINE In case operation, the oil flows from both main pumps through the neutral oil passage, parallel oil passage and confluence oil passage. Then the oil is supplied to each actuator and function them. Check valves and orifices (A, B, C, D) are provided with on these flow passage. These control the oil flows from the pump corresponding to the cach actuator's state of functioning and smooth the combined operation. SWITCH VALVE This switch valve is provided in the control valve. When the spool except travel is moved, the pilot oil from the pilot pump is closed by its spool. Consequently, the pilot pressure port of the switch valve rised and its spool is moved, And the oil flows from the front pump is changed from the right side to the left side of the travel section (L), and the machine straight travelling. 2 i a R bay | ’ suocer OR maven) 9 ARM CYLINDER NT REAR Wyo. The oil flows from rear pump through the parallel oil passage and swing sec- tion of the left side control valve to the swing motors and swing the super- structure. ‘The swing and arm (1) control valves are connected with parallel oil passage which contains check valve D with orifice. The check valve allows the arm circuit pressure to be high without affecting the swing function, The urifice ensures swing priority and smoothness when arm circuit pressure is low.
