Today stands fixed for  filing  show cause by the creditor  /

petitioner.
No show cause has been filed by the creditor / petitioner.
By   Order   dated   04.02.2022   the   creditor   /   petitioner   was
directed   to   show   cause   as   to   why   the   instant   case   hall   not   be
dismissed for default as the creditor / petitioner did not take any
steps. On the next date i.e. on 12.04.2022 no show cause was filed.
Today also no show cause has been filed. It is 11.45a.m.. In
spite   of   repeated   calls   none   appears   on   behalf   of   the   creditor   /
petitioner. No accommodation has also been prayed for.
In   view   of   such   Insolvency   Case   No.386   of   2010   stands
dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
