Public School District Supervisors, School Heads and school health personnel in charge of the district shall facilitate on the schedule of arrival of the school personnel at the venue. 4. Teaching and non-teaching personnel needing further evaluation and management shall be referred to their respective RHU or any government health facility. 5. Diagnostic procedures shall be requested as needed & Medical certificate shall be issued afer the annual examination. However those issued by any Government physician shall be honored.
