Navtara Concept Navtara Chakra is a lucid & beautiful method to analyze our lives and get benefit from the knowledge of Jyotish. For example, the 4th,13th & 22nd Nakshatras from our birth star/janma nakshatra (nakshatra where our natal Moon is) are called Kshem Tara. Kshem Tara represents our wellbeing, happiness, and health. So if we are lucky to have people around us, who have their Janm Nakshatra as our Kshem Tara then it is marvelous. They are the guardians of our health and happiness. We should make sure that we treat them with respect, honor, and love to continue to benefit from something they want to do naturally. For example, if a native has Kritikia as his/her janm Nakshatra, then 4th (Ardra), 13 (Swati) and 22 (Shatibhisaj) become Kshem Tara for this native. So people who have any of these three constellations as their own birth star shall be helpful for the overall wellbeing & happiness of the native. They are our jewels, we should nurture and protect. * The 1st, 10th, and 19th Nakshatras are known as Birth Nakshatra/ Tara. Birth Nakshtras are very sensitive areas of Native.
