It was a crime that shocked the nation: Jemima

Sykes, an innocent girl, was brutally murdered by
Iain Rannoch and his accomplice Victoria Skillane.
Subsequent to Victoria‘s trial and conviction, White
Bear Justice Park had been established, with the
sole purpose of bringing justice to Jemima. Opened
in AF (After Ford) 632 by the company TCKR Sys-
tems, our amusement Park is the first correctional
facility that successfully integrates the function of
punishment and entertainment. Our park took its
name from Jemima‘s beloved teddy-bear, to remind
our visitors of the cruel torture Victoria has done
to her.
 How the park works
In the White Bear Justice Park, you will have the unique op-
portunity to follow Victoria Skillaine on a day of her punish-
ment. The heinous criminal loses her memory every day and
will travel through the park trying to find out what‘s going
on. Through our talented actors, as well as through you, the
audience, we try to make Victoria think that a majority of
people are being mind controlled by a radio signal, and she
is one of the few ones not affected. We know that’s pretty
out there, but she has believed it every day up until now. You
will be able to follow Victoria’s every step either in person
or through a livestream broadcast to your phone. At the
end of each day, we reveal the truth of her crimes to Victo-
ria, which usually causes her to have a mental breakdown.

However, in order to keep up this facade, we need you to

follow a few basic
Rules
No talking: Victoria needs to think that you are all mind
controlled by a radio signal and can’t talk. You are allowed
to take lots of pictures and videos though.
Keep your distance: Although every one of our ac-
tors is equipped with a taser to neutralize Victoria Skillaine
if the need arises, don’t forget that she is still a cold-bloo-
ded child murderer. Don’t get too close to her!
Enjoy yourself: The most important rule. Have fun,
laugh at Victoria’s expense and experience the wonderful
feeling of justice being carried out.
 The Technology
Our patented Memoremove™-technology ensures that the
murderer loses her memory every day, so that the punish-
ment as well as your entertainment can continue on the
next day. The device works by manipulating the frequency
of her brain waves in such a way that she loses all of her
memories.

Rest assured, the entire process is immensely painful and

sends her into a screaming frenzy every time. For more

Park. Here is everything you can visit during your stay.
Wake-up-village
This is where the murderer will begin
her journey every day. You want to
watch her suffering from total me-
mory loss and running away from our
actors in fear? Then the Wake-Up-vil-
lage is the perfect attraction for you.

Gruesome Gas Station

After leaving the village, the murde-
rer will arrive at a gas station. There,
she will be threatened by one of our
actors, who will engage in a fight with
her. The gruesome gas station is one
of the most action-packed attractions
in the park and is perfect for anyone who loves excitement and se-
eing Victoria Skillaine fear for her live.

Torture Thicket
Have the amazing opportunity to see a
cold blooded murderer being tortured
at this attraction located in the fo-
rest. She will believe she has entered
the lair of a serial killer and that she
is about to lose her life. Unfortunately
we aren’t legally allowed to physically hurt her, but she doesn’t know
that, so her fear of death will be genuine. This attraction is probably
the most scary one in the park, so if you’re a fan of horror, this is a
must-visit.

Transmitter Tower
This is where all of the child murderer‘s terri-
ble crimes will be revealed to her. This usually
sends her spiralling down a road of sadness
and regret, which is very fun to watch. Have
the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sit in
the audience as the big reveal happens and to
watch this criminal suffer from the realiza-
tion of her actions. Usually she will cry and
scream a lot, so if you want to see this terrible person suffer, come
to the transmitter tower at the end of the day.

Lynching Road
Ever wanted to throw
fruit and hurl insults at
a child murderer? Lyn-
ching Lane will give you
the opportunity to do so!
Victoria Skillaine will be driven down the road after her visit to the
transmitter tower. Feel free to tell and show her what you think
about her and her inhumane actions.
A wide variety of fruits to throw at her can be purchased at the
visitor centre. Don’t worry, the fruits were thrown away by super-
markets, so no food will be wasted in the process. Our strict moral
values here at White Bear Justice Park dictate our dedication to the
environment!

Pool of Tears
You want to swim in a collec-
tion of Victoria Skillaine’s tears?
We’ve got you covered. Over her
time in this park, we have been
able to fill an entire olympic sized
swimming pool with the child kil-
ler’s tears. Hop in the pool, have
fun and savor the salty taste of justice (and her tears)!

Relaxation Station
Whether you want to release all your built-up
anger or calm your mind from the stress of
every day life, the relaxation station is here
for you. Here, you have the opportunity to
beat up a lifelike android that looks exactly
like Victoria Skillaine. Get rid of all of your
frustration and leave as a new person!
Occasionally, the android will even say phrases that Victoria might
say, like „I am a terrible person“ or „I deserve all of this, please don’t
have any sympathy.“
 Our Actors
We employ some of the finest actors of Britain to ensure your enter-
tainment and an adequate punishment for Victoria Skillaine. Here‘s a
short overview of our talented actors in main roles.

Baxter
Baxter is the heart and soul of our park. As the di-
rector of punishment, he manages to maximize the
psychological harm to Victoria without causing any
physical injury. His motto is „An eye for an eye“. In his
ingenious design, Victoria‘s punishment was precisely
proportionate on the order of lex talionis, which me-
ans, Victoria is meant to feel the exact way her victim did, the exact
terror, confusion, helplessness, abandonment, and psychological trau-
ma that Jemima suffered.
Jem
A good zoo always requires a good animal
keeper. Our amusement park can‘t do wit-
hout Jem, who takes care of the routine
maintenance of Victoria like bathing or fee-
ding in order to keep Victoria alive. This is a
particularly difficult job since a weak-minded
person may develop an emotional attachment to Victoria after having
to deal with her every single day. However, she‘s excellent in restrai-
ning her sympathy for the criminal. In her words, for her Victoria is
always as inferior as the ‚roaches‘.
Damien
Although his appearance in the performance is rat-
her brief, he‘s one of the essential figures in our pro-
duction. He‘s the backstage hero who set the scene
for our performance; he‘s a true master of techno-
logies who‘s responsible for the daily maintenance
of our high technologies including the Memoremove
device.

Tester for ‘Parks at Home’

In collaboration with Shou Saito, developer of the popular
video game Striking Vipers X, we are currently developing
an VR implant called ‘Parks at Home’ that allows you to take
a virtual visit and tour to our park. In the near future, you
can interact with Victoria and take part in the fruit-thro-
wing event on the Lynching Road much more immersively in
our virtual reality center, or even at home! We sincerely
invite every video game lover to test out this exciting new
technology!

Developer for our consciousness transference project

We are also looking for an experienced Software Develop-
ment Engineer to join our team in the high-tech department.
You‘ll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure
we continue to delight our customers after Victoria‘s inevi-
table death in the future by copying and transferring her
obscene consciousness. You can transfer her conscious-
ness into an animal, a stuffed toy, or even a hologram – the
sky is the limit!
 Design a logo and win!
Due to the great reception of White Bear Justice Park, we
have long thought about opening another similar facility.
With the recent capture of Garrett Scholes, the infamous
Bee-killer, by Blue Colson, we finally have the opportunity
to expand the Justice Park Franchise. We will soon open an-
other park, called “DeathTo-Justice Park“, dedicated to in-
carcerating Garret Scholes and bringing justice to the 400
thousand people he murdered. We wanted to let you, our
visitors, have an opportunity to participate in the creation
of the new park. We still don’t have a logo for our Death-
To-Justice Park, so we’re having a contest to see who can
come up with the best logo.
