SUBJECT : Request to withdraw Oxy-Acetylene without replacement

May we request to withdraw 1 Cylinder Acetylene and 2 Cylinders Oxygen without

replacement as additional to be used for Upper Tram Project. These tanks will be returned
upon completion of the said project. Of the 3 sets of oxy-acetylene tanks currently issued to
Mill Projects, 2 set were being used at the Carbon Ashing Plant Project(CIP Complex) and 1 set
is being used at the upper tram.
