Greece is located at the southeast end
of Europe and it is the southernmost
country of the Balkan Peninsula.
Greek is the official language and is
spoken by nearly all the citizens.
"TROJAN WAR"
The Iliad, the story of the Trojan War,
offers several moral lessons to its
readers, including the importance of
leaders treating their soldiers with
respect, the importance of accepting
apologies, and the need for
respecting family bonds.
Greeks made their gods and in their own

image. Their gods had no semblance of

reality. The twelve great Olympians are

supreme among the gods who succeeded to

the Titans, the elder gods who are supreme

in the universe. They are called Olympians

because they live in Olympus – Greece’s

highest mountain.
