Daffodil Health is India's First Pediatric Behavioural Health Platform. It caters to


children who have developmental delays and conditions like Autism, ADHD,
Dyslexia, etc. Daffodil health is a one-stop solution that offers expert-guided care
journeys for families of children with special needs. This platform frees up time for
the parents by eliminating ambiguity and confusion while improving service
outcomes. The data-first approach and software backbone allow Daffodil to offer
standardized services at affordable prices. The platform provides multi-modal
therapies, parent education, real-time support, and a one-stop solution for children
and their families. Daffodil is solving the problem of acute supply constraints of
professionals and is making services more accessible, affordable, and scalable.
Daffodil has served 150 families till now. With 3 in house professionals and a 100+
professional network consisting of speech therapists, occupational therapists,
children’s specialists and many more, Daffodil is now trying to establish its digital
footprint and build an online community which will help them increase their brand
awareness and bring in more customers.
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Daffodil wants to increase its digital footprint and social media engagement
primarily through social media communities. It wants to create a community
consisting of parents who will actively take part in the group activities helping each
other, spreading the need and importance of identifying developmental delays in
children and also generate new customer conversions. It is also is trying to
increase the overall reach and brand awareness through increasing their followers
through various digital platforms. Being a start-up with major budget constraints
Daffodil has a limited budget of INR 1,00,000 per month that can be spent on digital
marketing/campaigns.
DELIVERABLES:
You need to present a digital marketing strategy for Daffodil for the next one year to
improve its social media footprint and online communities which will in turn
increase their brand awareness and customer base keeping in mind the budget
constraints.
