Dear Sunlight Care Group:

As a young man who has just recently started his career as a care-giver, I would love to establish my
career on a foundation of principles and ethos that you stand for as a team. You have managed to find the
balance of expressing genuine care for your clients and still value your caregivers which is amazing.

I have been a Care giver on a personal level by volunteering with several organizations before I finally
realised I could actually establish a career out of it. Once I realised I would love doing this for a lifetime I
then embarked on becoming accredited officially as a caregiver, this led me to enroll for the St. JOHN
Home based care course and the First Aid Level 1 course as well. It was indeed worth it because I now
understand just how important being well educated about caregiving is to avoid making errors which may
be costly with a patient amongst other things. Ever since, I then went under St. FRANCIS care centre to
undergo even further training, this was crucial for me because I was exposed to scenarios that helped
engrave all I heard learnt in simulation rooms.
