Why Do I Choose To Be A Nurses

The reason i chose to major in nursing was because of my own desire, which is
currently running the health education level and there is support from parent. Since a long
time ago, my dream has wanted to work in the health world, one of which is to become a
nurse who is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Then becoming a nurse is a
very noble job that is caring for and treating people who are sick. Likewise, the job
opportunities for nurses are very wide, both at home and abroad. Then we can work
anywhere, such as hospitals, health centers, clinics, become lecturers and etc. Wherever we
work nurses must have a responsible and disciplined attitude so that it will be appreciated by
anyone.
Then becoming a nurse can interact directly with patient every day in caring, helping
to heal the patient. Because, in caring for a patient to recover is a satisfaction for ourselves
and can get reward too. Nurses are not only caring for but also teach us to care, be friendly,
sincere, and always smile to every patient. So from that we can get closer to the patient and
the patient will be comfortable around us. So that the job of being a nurse will look so much
fun. In addition, in the health sector, especially for nurses, we learn a variety of knowledge in
the world of health, on of which is health education that we can provide education to the
public to prevent disease outbreaks that often appear among the public. Nurses must go to
society just to give knowledge to them how important health is for all of us with the aim of
improving health and welfare in order to maintain health. Because the role of nurses is very
important in a health service.
Nursing is a profession that is focused on the care of individuals, families and
communities so that they can achieve, maintain or restore optimal health and quality of life
from birth to death. Helping others is also worshiping Allah. Remarkably, nurses not only
help the sick but also healthy people, nurses have a caring nature for other. To become a nurse
is also not easy to have to take several levels of education, because a nurse is an individual
who has a minimum education diploma in nursing, namely primary education to high school,
plus four years of college education and one year of profession. I will take this profession
seriously, even though the process is difficult, but Allah will certainly make it easy when we
are serious about studying. That’s the reason i chose to become a nurse. Thank you
