Step 1: Click the TURN EDITING ON button to activate the editing capability of the course in the LMS.
Step 2: After turning on the editing, click the ADD AN ACTIVITY OR RESOURCE button.

Step 3: Once the LMS Activity Chooser appears, hover to the RESOURCES tab.

Step 5: In the GENERAL settings, you can find the Atto toolbar with different icons that may assist you in
entering content in the space underneath (a-k-a, the Atto text editor). For this example, the IMAGE
icon from the Atto toolbar is selected.
Step 6: When the Image Properties box pops up, click Browse repositories to search for the location of
the image to be uploaded.

Step 7: As soon as the File Picker appears, choose the UPLOAD FILE option under its side menu. Then,
simply click the CHOOSE FILE button to browse the image you wish to insert as a label.
Step 8: Browse and select the desired image from your device.

Step 9: Describe the uploaded image for someone who might have a vision or sight difficulty by indicating its
name or adding a short image description before hitting the SAVE IMAGE button.
Step 10: Once done, the inserted image label will reflect in the Atto text editor.

Step 11: Hover to the COMMON MODULE settings and set the image availability to 'Show on course
page.'

Step 12: Since the label created does not require completion, just click the option, ‘Do not indicate activity
completion.’

Step 13: Finally, click the SAVE AND RETURN TO COURSE button to reflect the changes made for
the image label.

NOTE:
No changes will be made for the following settings: RESTRICT ACCESS, TAGS, and
COMPETENCIES.
