Financial Aid Portal Steps

Login in at: my.hofstra.edu

Click on the primary navigation (hamburger) icon in the upper left screen

Click “Student Financial Services” from left menu

To view your financial aid notification

Click the “FINANCIAL AID NOTIFICATION - New Undergraduate Students Only
View your Financial Aid Notification Here.” tab

To accept any offered financial aid

Click “Award summary by aid year” then “Accept Award Offer”

To view any financial aid messages

Click “Award summary by aid year” and then “Award messages” along the bottom

To view any outstanding financial aid requirements

Click “Eligibility” and then “Student Requirements”

Under Eligibility also review any “Holds” that could prevent registration and other activities as
well as “Academic Progress” for your current financial aid status.

To upload any documents

Under General click “Upload Documents”
