About Oula:
Oula is redesigning maternity care from the ground up. Our modern maternity center combines the
best of obstetrics and midwifery care to deliver a more evidence-based and personalized pregnancy
experience. From our collaborative medical team, welcoming clinic, and remote care platform, we
are setting a new standard for pregnancy that unifies modern medicine and human intuition. Oula
launched its first tech-enabled, collaborative care clinic in Brooklyn Heights in the Winter of 2021.
 
About the role:
We are looking for a Director of Marketing. This role will drive our growth strategy as we scale across
clinics, and cities, taking the learnings from our first clinic to establish a repeatable strategy across
channels (press, paid media, etc). You will also support the launch of our new enterprise channel,
expanding our strategic messaging and approach to apply to a broader range of audiences. This role
reports to the Chief Experience Officer.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated B2B and B2C marketing plan that supports our
growth across markets and business lines.
 Enable the launch and expansion of our enterprise strategy, leveraging consumer traction and
insights.
 Translate Oula’s mission to tangible experiences and campaigns that bring our brand to life and
help redefine what pregnancy care should look like.
 Manage our PR and Strategic Comms efforts to elevate our brand and center Oula into key
conversations.
 Manage our paid marketing strategy, managing spend across channels and campaigns, and using
insights to inform the leadership team.
 Collaborate with our Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute editorial and social
content strategy, directing thematic and quarterly planning across our owned channels, to build
awareness for Oula
 Be an internal advocate for Oula’s brand and mission: socializing our voice, tone, and style across
the organization to ensure we’re communicating our brand consistently at every touchpoint.
 
About you:
 6-9+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or brand marketing.
 A combination of consumer and enterprise marketing, ideally from services businesses or
healthcare.
 Excellent written communication skills.
 Experience with capturing, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data.
 A strategic thinker and a doer. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and handle patient inquiries
yourself, while constantly thinking about how to scale.
 Empathetic and emotionally in-tune with patient and team member needs.
 Passionate about improving maternity care, and excited to scale a tech-enabled service.
 Excited about the opportunity and chaos of an early-stage company.
