 A bit of Chopped Parsley
 2 Fillets of Anchovy
 1 Clove of Chopped Garlic
 Sliced Smoked Salmon
 Chop Crispy Beef Bacon
 Crouton

Bread
 Any kind of bread
 1 Clove Garlic
 1tsp Butter
 2 Sliced Smoked Salmon
 Cucumber (Slice)
 2tsp of Cream Cheese
 Salt and Pepper

Prawn Canape Story of the Dish


 2 pcs Prawn Canapé is a type of hors d'oeuvre, a small, prepared, and
 Any Kind of Bread often decorative food, consisting of a small piece of bread,

METHOD 2 : Caesar Salad

Caesar Dressing
1. Chop Anchovy
2. Prepare Mayonnaise in a bowl, pour in achovy
3. Add some chopped garlic
4. Mixed them well

Parmesan Cracker
1. Spread parmesan grated in a baking
paper
2. Microwave for 40-50 seconds
3. While its still hot, move in a bowl
and put a small bowl and press the
cracker until form as a bowl

Caesar Salad in Parmesan Cup


1. Pick a small size of romaine lettuce or just cut the size
2. Put the parmesan bowl in a plate
3. Add some of romaine lettuce
4. Add sliced smoked salmon
5. Give some chopped bacon
6. Pipe the dressing on top, and add crouton
7. Add some garnish; Baby tomato, tobiko, and edible flower.

METHOD 3 : Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese

1. Cut the bread into circle form


2. Spread butter and chopped garlic
3. Bake in the oven for a bit
4. Put the bread in a plate
5. Add sliced Cucumber, spread out cream cheese (mixed with salt pepper)
6. Add the smoked salmon in flowerm form
7. Garnish with edible flower and thin slice of lettuce
