Dear all,

We are writing as the lawful owners and rightful possessors of Lot 1275, TCT No. T-2109,
which is the 12-hectare lot in which you are currently residing.

We have decided to use said property and develop the entire area into an income-generating
land. Accordingly, in order to materialize this plan and maximize the whole 12 hectares, all
occupants inside the property will have to eventually vacate the same.

As verbally agreed last August 2021, the area in which your houses are situated is
unfortunately obstructing the construction of the planned perimeter canal along the perimeter
walls of the property. Thus, your houses will inevitably have to be removed to make way for the
construction.

In view of the foregoing circumstances, please consider this as a formal demand upon you
and your respective families to peacefully vacate the said premises on or before NOVEMBER 15,
2021. We trust that you will give this matter your preferential attention.

Nagsulat kami alang sa tanang mga nagpuyo sa Lot 1275, TCT No. T-2109, bilang kami
nga tag-iya sigun sa balaod nga adunay dakong katungod sa 12 ka ektarya nga yuta diin
kamo karon nagpuyo.

Nagpasabut kami sa among katuyoan nga gamiton ang nahisgutan nga propiedad ug
mapauswag ang tibuuk nga lugar aron makahatag ug kita. Subay niini, aron matuman ang
maong plano ug mapalambo ang tibuuk nga 12 ka ektarya, busa kinahanglan nga ang
tanan nga nagpuyo sulud sa maong propedad e bakante kini aron matuman ang maong
proyekto.

Sigon sa atong nahisgutan kaniadtong Agosto 2021, ang lugar diin nahamutangan sa
inyong mga balay subo na pamalandungon nga nakababag sa pagtukod sa giplano sa
perimeter ubay sa paril sa maong propiedad. Sa ingon, ang inyong mga balay dili
malikayan nga tangtangon aron adunay dalan sa pagtukod.

Sa pagtan-aw sa nahisgutan nga mga kahimtang, palihug isipa kini ingon usa ka pormal
nga panginahanglan kaninyo ug sa inyong tagsa-tagsa ka mga pamilya nga malinawon
nga e bakante ang nasangpit nga lugar o propiedad sa dili pa ang NOBYEMBRE 15, 2021.
