● Amol is having 11+ years of experience including 5 years into training and mentoring on Lean Six Sigma
Methodology. He has worked into number of domains such as Aviation, Consultancy, Logistic and Workforce
Management. He has worked in product as well as service-based companies.
● He is currently working with an MRO under Ministry of Civil Aviation, New Delhi. In his current role, he is
managing the production planning and control department from the senior level. His work involves managing and
strategizing the work in production planning and control department which includes Production Scheduling, work
order generation, resource planning, forecasting, capacity analysis, loan order & repair order generation, master
production scheduling, key performance indicators identification and training on benefits of Lean Six Sigma in an
organization to the executives.
