Sir, working for your company has been something I have dreamed about every single night
since I was a small child. In fact, my mother said the first word I said was the name of your
company. If you give me the job I will work 18 hours a day for no money for the first five
years to prove how super motivated I am. I beg you. Please, please throw me this small bone.

No Sir, As a human being we keep on learning and improving as we move ahead, I also believe
that I can do much better now and going forward. Now to answer you yeas definitely I have
given more than hundred percent to my previous work and gained knowledge and
acceptability within friends and colleagues.
what kind of training or qualifications do you have?
This is in regards to the Freshers openings with Your Company for the role Civil
ENGINEER.Hence I would like to apply for this position. Presently, at the threshold of my
career, with an expected Bachelor of Engineering degree(BE) in Civil Engineering, I have been
researching Site Works ,fit for my professional interests.

My key programming strengths are being Site Engineering and Project Management,Estimator

and Structural Designers.

What do you think about team work?

A team of well-disciplined engineers under a good manager can outperform a team of prima-
donnas any day of the week. When a team is not functioning properly, it is always a
management problem. 

teamwork advantages: 
Ability to do more work per period of time than same number of people working alone can
achieve.

how do you react to instruction and criticism?

Be open minded and accept criticism, learn from it and improve yourself to avoid getting it
again.
but if the criticism is just to destroy you, then be cool and just ignore it, but ask yourself why
they found opportunity to do it ;) means that you should do your job perfectly to avoid getting
it
