Respected Sir,

Respectfully, it is stated that My attendance in Subject Micro Processing System (MPS)

is below 75% but, I have genuine issue sir, my attendance was complete and upto 75% but
for the last 2 weeks, I was very ill and unable to come to attend classes, I tried very hard to
attend lectures as possible as I can. But due to skipping 2 lectures in MPS, my attendance
goes below 75%, I also informed class CR about my illness

Sir I will be very thankful for your kind favor if you allow me to sit final exams, and I
ensure you that it won’t happen again. As it is my first application to you regarding
shortage of attendance.
