Transportation has proved them a notable problem facing many individuals in the

country, especially state-funded transportation. The issue has many consequences, as evident

from clients' testimonies at my agency. They have problems with delays, turn up is low and

sometimes forget the passengers on stage, especially ones with disabilities. This is a low service

delivery by the Better Transportation Company. However, there are no other reliable means of

transport other than Better Transportation Company tasked with responsibility. The effects of the

inadequate state-funded means of transportation include; the inability of an individual to move

from one place to another, which results in the missing of clients' appointment or failure to reach

their respective destinations. Therefore, this paper discusses how transportation can be solved to

improve service delivery.
