What?
(Describe the activities that you have undertaken in detail. You should include what tasks you carried out, what
you set out to achieve, what your role was and what the role of others was. You should also describe what went
well and what did not go so well.)

So What?
(Looking deeper at your experiences provide a reflection on what you learnt. This can include new skills,
knowledge, competencies, theoretical concepts and models and research findings. You can include any types of
personal and professional learning. Your narrative should include how you learnt these things e.g. observation,
desk research, trial and error etc. and what the importance of the learning is to you. You should also identify how
you have contributed to your internship organisation and/or the research or project field.)

Now What?
(Based on what you have learnt, what actions will you now take to improve your learning and ongoing personal
and professional development in the future? What would you do differently and why? Make sure that your
actions are specific rather than general.
