Compute for the below problem For a gravel road in bad condition, the VOC is say, P 10.26
per vehicle-km, for cars. If the road is improved to a concrete road in good condition, the
VOC will be P6.32 per vehicle-km., for cars. Suppose the road is 10 kms. long and there are
1,500 cars per day running along it. Two years from now, the road shall have been improved
to concrete already and the volume of cars will be 1,550 cars per day.
Compute for the total VOC if we no road improvement and with road improvement per
day.
