Click on Manager Button.

You should be able to see the pending Probation confirmation in the
dashboard

On clicking of the employee id you will be able to see all the details
submitted by the employee.

Click on update manager confirmation .The below screen comes up

Based on ratings provided by the manager the final recommendation

would be auto selected either of the below three
1. Confirmed
2. Extended by the 30 days
3. PIP

After submitted to the inputs you would be redirected to the

manager probation dashboard
