NOTIFICATION

In continuation of Notification Ref.No./Exam-VII(Conduct)/2021-22/06 dated

11.02.2022, the following provisions have been made to facilitate the students appearing in
the Examinations during the month of May/June-2022 (Even Semester Examinations
I/MVVIVI) which is going to be held in Physical Mode.

1. Duration of examination for each paper shall be extended for an additional 30 minutes as a
special one-time measure.

2. Faculty/Department will be requested to give additional choices in the Question Paper

wherever applicable.

3. Those students who have filled the Examination Form and are not able to appear for it due
to justifiable reasons may be given another chance to appear for the same. For that purpose,
Phase-lI of the aforesaid examination will be conducted for the Leftover students.

4. Faculty/Department/Colleges will be requested to provide Study Material to the needy

students.

5. Faculty/Department/College will be requested to conduct Mock Test in addition to Class

Test of IA Component.

6. Faculty/Department/College will be requested to upload the Syllabus on their respective

websites.

The above stated provisions shall be applicable for the particular examination as aforesaid.
