ABUFS8157K) NI ACT U/S 138 AND IPC 420 .

Dear Sir,

This is to remind you refer to notice sent dated 03-09-2020. We have not received any reply
till date. We request you to please reply within next 10 days of receipt of this reminder
notice. Else we would bind to initiate the legal proceedings against you.

“Below is the notice sent on dated 03-09-2020

Under the instructions and for and on behalf of my client M/S S.S. Enterprises Thru
its authority person Mrs. Saloni Jha, W/O Mr Anup Kumar Jha. I hereby give you the
following notice:

1. I hereby give you notice that you have given a cheque of your father Mr Jay Shankar
Jha of which bill of exchange No. 000064 dated 07-03-2020 of Bank of Baroda. for
Rs. 700000/-(Rupees Seven Lakhs only) drawn by you on S.S. Enterprises (drawee)
has been dishonored by non-acceptance (or by nonpayment) on dated 12-05-2020 and
you are held responsible for the same.

2. Please take this notice with the remark that if within fifteen days from the date of
receipt of this notice by you, you do not pay the amount and do not obtain the receipt
of my client aforesaid for having paid Rs. 700000/-(Rupees Seven Lakhs only) my
client shall be obliged to go to a court of competent jurisdiction ,file a suit NI act u/s
138 and IPC 420 for which you would be responsible.”
