RESOLVED THAT a current account for the Trust be opened with THE JAMMU AND
KASHMIR BANK, PHULWARI SHARIF BRANCH, located at Phulwari Sharif Patna Bihar
-801505 and that the said bank be hereby authorized to honour cheques, bills of
exchange and promissory notes drawn, accepted or made on behalf of the Trust by Mr.
Md. Shabbir Anwar (Secretary) ,Mrs. Farheen Fatima (Treasurer), and Mrs Ghazala Nasreen
(Chairman) to act on any instruction so given relating to the account, whether the same
be overdrawn or not, or relating to, the transactions of the Trust”.

It is Further resolved that Mode of operation in the bank account to be operated jointly by

any two amongst Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer of the Trust.

A meeting of the GENERAL BODY OF THE TRUST was held on 01.10.2021 at 02:00 P.M. in the
chamber of Secretary of the TRUST, at the Registered Office, MUNIR COLONY , LAL MIYA KI DARGAH
PHULWARI SHARIF PATNA – 801505 to consider the proposal for formation of office bearers in the
Trust ,at MUNIR COLONY , LAL MIYA KI DARGAH PHULWARI SHARIF PATNA – 801505 bearing registration
number 66/2021.

Meeting held under the chairmanship of the CHAIRMAN Mrs Ghazala Nasreen and was attended
by the following members of the GENERAL BODY.

1. Mr Md Shabbir Anwar, (Secretary)

2. Mrs Afreen Jahan (Trustee)
3. Mrs Ghazala Nasreen (Chairman)
4. Mrs Farheen Fatima (Treasurer)

Appointments of the office bearers: -

It is hereby resolved that Mr Md Shabbir Anwar(Trustee) be appointed as Secretary of the

Trust.

It is further resolved that Mrs Ghazala Nasreen(Trustee) be appointed as Chairman of the

Trust.

It is further resolved that Mrs Farheen Fatima (Member) be appointed as Treasurer of the
Trust.
