PRELIMINARIES

The meeting was started by a word of prayer from our treasurer Onesmus, we reviewed the
previous agendas of the meeting. The meeting was presided by the chairman Livingstone
Karanja.

MIN 01/03/2023 PRELIMINARIES

The meeting was opened by the chair. The secretary , William Waweru prayed for us.

MIN 02/03/2023 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MEETING

The secretary read the minutes of the previous meeting which was held on 1 st March 2023. All
members were in agreement with minutes as read by the secretary.

MIN 03/03/2023 RENEWAL OF THE GROUP’S CERTIFICATE

The group members agreed to renew the certificate with the Kiambu County government,
leaders were tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the certificate was renewed.

There being no other agendas, the chair led the group into a prayer and adjourned the meeting
at 11:00 am.
