I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting starts at exactly 1:09 pm at the CASSO Office.

The opening prayer was led by Mr. Roy Gado.

V. BUSINESS PROPER

The president informed the members about the upcoming events and activities whereas the
Clean-up Drive as well as the Teach Learn and Care, a reading activity for daycare students, will
be conducted by the organization on Feb. 15, 2023. The initiatives of these activities are to
promote the importance of learning as well as the significance of protecting the environment.
In the second agenda, the ABE Convention which will be on February 7-10. The accreditated
organizations are ordered to stand a booth therefore, the members then gave their suggestions
and the final delights will be the coffee jelly and nachos. Lastly, the Vice President and PIO
discussed the current situation of the ongoing uniform shirts and jackets of the officers and
students with the meeting attendees.

VI. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at exactly in the morning with a closing prayer led by Lovely Khyl
Alegria.
