Minutes of the Previous Meeting

Opening:

The meeting was called to order at 10:21AM by SK Chairman Jordan Pedro.

Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes:

The minutes of the previous meeting held on February 14 2023 were read and approved by the
attendees.

Agenda:

The main agenda of the meeting was to discuss the proposed beautification project in the pathway
beside the road in Barangay, which was proposed by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK). The budget
allocated for the project is 125,000 pesos.

Discussion:

During the discussion, the attendees talked about the importance of the project and how it can enhance
the beauty of the pathway and improve the overall look of the Barangay. They also talked about the
various aspects that need to be considered while executing the project, such as the choice of plants, the
type of pavement, and the location of the project.

Parliamentary Procedure:

The attendees followed the parliamentary procedure during the meeting. The person calling the
meeting opened the meeting and then invited the attendees to approve the previous meeting minutes.
The attendees then discussed the main agenda of the meeting, and various points were raised and
discussed in detail. After the discussion, a motion was made to approve the project proposal, and a vote
was taken, which was unanimously in favor of the project.

Closing:
The meeting was adjourned at 12:36PM by SK Chairman Jordan Pedro. The attendees were requested to
work together to ensure the successful execution of the project.

Next Meeting:

The next meeting was scheduled for May 11, 2023, and the attendees were requested to mark their
calendars accordingly.
