Min. 1/12/2023: Opening Prayer
The meeting was opened by a word of prayer from the Annabel Atieno.
Min. 3/12/2023: reading of the previous minutes
The secretary read out the previous minutes and was proposed to be true minutes of that
meeting by Mercy Nikasio and seconded by Simon Emoit
Min. 4/11/2023: Word from the chairperson.
The chairperson appreciated the members for their attendance of the day and led the group
through self-introduction. Thereafter, he introduced the main agenda of the day.
Min. 5/12/2023: Authorization of the Application of investment money.
All the required documents for funding as instructed were availed at the meeting and
members looked through them. Now members were ready to star the process.

The secretary informed the members that the constitution of the group was amended and
all can go through it.Min 7/11/2023: Closing prayer
The meeting was closed with a word of prayer from Abraham.
