Minutes of the second meeting of the Youth council held at 5:00 P.M., on Saturday, 5 April 2009 at council hall. 1. Minutes of the previous meeting: The minutes of the meeting held on 4 Feb, 2009 were taken as read, adopted and Signed by the Chairman. 2. Running a road cleaning campaign throughout the village: It was decided to organize a road cleaning campaign throughout the village at 6.A.M., On 4 May. A sum of Rs.25, 000/- was approved for the purpose. The secretary was to Work out the details. 3. Short road show for raising awareness: To make the local people involve in environmental protection program, it was decided to perform short road show program to show a. 4. Collection of fund: As it was increasingly becoming difficult to meet the expenditure from the Unions Own resources effort on different local committee was made to collect the fund. 5. Duscussion for the future activities: The union is also conscious for the future social welfare activities in the village, so it Was decided to write the suggestion for every members of the union and drop into suggestion box.
