Dear Preciding Officer, Zone Chairperson,

I, President of Lions Club of Kathmandu Regency, present report of the club on behalf of my secretary as well
as Treasurer as follows,

A. Administrative progress Report

 Membership Strength 28 Net Gain : 3
 WMMR of July : Sent
 District dues and Multiple dues with Disaster relief dues : Paid
 International Dues : will be paid within time
 MJF: 3 NLF members: 6 TU founder Blood Bank Member: 2 Chartered New Club : 1
 20 yrs and more in Lionism member: 1
 Representation in Cabinate from Club: 3

 Induction and Insatallation has been completed in 23 rd July 2020.

B. Activites Based Report

1. Participation:
Club President Lion Raju Kafle, Ambiika Bhattarai, Suruchi pokharel and Suraj Adhikari has
been conducted many more training programmes organised by District during Lock Down.
The club has been participating the different programme with Governor’s Signature and
 covid respose activities. Secretary went to distributed food and Juice in Kirtipur, President
Raju Kafle has participated in Manmohan Cardio to distribut the PPE and Mask.

2. Hunger Relief Programme

The Birthday of Chartered President Lion Uttam Kayastha has been celeberated his birthday
in Sinior Citizen House in Matatirtha. Where we have serve more then 21 Senior mothers
with Morning breakfast as well as Lunch. And we also have distributed Mask to there on
August.

3. Environment
Club Secretary Lion Pallav Shrestha has been conducted in tree plantation in Teku,
tripureswor area on July.

4. COVID-19 response fund

Chartered president Uttam Kayastha has been initieated to halp and donate to COVID
reponse fund with Rs 10,000 and other members of the club Dr Kamal Kayastha, Ambika
Bhattarai and Arvin Kr Das also contributed to that fund total Rs 40,000 has been
contributed.

5. Food Bank
Cluster I initiate the establishment of Food Bank and distributing the foods in different
areas needed people. Zone Chairperson Lion Ambika Bhattarai has been contributed Rs
10,000 and all the members has committed to contribute at leaset 2 Bora of rice to this
fund.

6. First Cabinate Meetings and programmes

The club has been take the opportunity to host the First Cabinate Meeting held on August
29, 2020. “Meet our Pride” programmes also has been organised by the club on 12th Sep,
2020.

C. Future Plan and Programme

1. Blood Donation Programme in Kalanki in first Oct, 2020.
2. Initiating for MJF and NLF from the club committed in Induction.
3. Hunger Relief programme remain continue on the ouspicious occasion on Bithday of our
Lions members.
4. Pedaitric Cancer awarness programme is going to conduct with the collaboration of
Neplaya College, Kalanki.
5. Youth Awarness programme and Speech contest programme is going to organised in
October in Dhading District wit collaboaratin RUDEC Nepal.
6. My Bag my friend programme will be conducted after Lock Down
7. Help to Contribute Plazma Theraphy
8. Oxyzen Bank too.
