Description:
We the Rotaract Club of PSG iTech conducted an icebreaker segment for the club
members on 01st august 2021. This is an initiative taken by our club to establish
friendship and team spirit among club members.

To celebrate the International Friendship Day and to help develop new friendships
bonds among ourselves, this specific event was conducted. This game session was
hosted the Club Service Director Rtr. Subhiksha.S. This game was more like a
hybrid between the traditional pass the parcel and lucky draw. Contestants were
separated into groups and were supposed to play so in groups. The session was
focused on the importance of team building and communication. The event was
held via google meet. There were about 20 active participants at the meet. Over
all the contest was fun, engaging and successfully met its purpose of breaking the
ice among the club members.

Description:
We the Rotaract Club of PSGITech initiated a project under District Priority Project,
BINS To PITS. In this project we collected all kinds of organic wastes which are
generated in our homes and around and buryed the wastes in the pit and turned it
into the compost and we used the turned compost as fertilizer for the plants all
around us.Participants uploaded their photos of composting act through the
60Ogle form.

"WE CONSIDER FAILURES TO BE THE COMPOST THAT FEEDS THE BETTER AND BEST
THATIS ON ITS WAY".

Description:
On this world organ donation day we, the Rotaract club of PSGiTech took
an initiative along with the Rotaract club of PSG CAS and Rotaract Club of
Aadhithya to focus on the importance of Organ and its donation.
Dr.Chandrasekar from Gokulam Hospital,Salem was the speaker of the
session.

This online event is based on the topic: Organ donation.

The Meeting started at 06:00 pm.
Call to order by Rtr.Likhitha Shankar(Aadhithya).
The welcome address was given by Rtr.Likhitha Shankar(Aadhithya).
Introduction of the speaker was given by Rtr.Nithiksha V C (PSG iTech).
Master of ceremony was done by Rtr.Darshini S (PSG iTech).

The session was handed over to Dr.Chandrasekar.He gave us all the

information regarding organ donation and its importance. The attendees
got inspired and we had 30+ participants.The discussions gave the
attendees the opportunity to raise questions regarding donation and its
process & procedures.

The final vote of thanks was given by Rtr. Harshitha(PSG CAS).The session
was adjourned by Rtr.Likhitha Shankar(Aadhithya).

Description:

We the Rotaract club of PSG iTech conducted an event on the day of 75th
Independence Day in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Greater Tezpur city,
Assam. This event “SERVE LOVE” was a remarkable achievement of our club where
we donated nearly 30 packets of food and water bottles to the indigent people in
Perur, Coimbatore. We collected nearly 1475 rupees through funding from
students and other Rotaract clubs in Coimbatore and purchased food and water
bottles.

In order to celebrate this 75th Independence Day in a worthwhile way, we

organized this grand event and this event ended with a positive note with
everyone’s love and support.

Description:

Rotaract club of PSG iTech in collaboration with Rotaract club of Pune Renaissance
had conducted an event “KNOT THE TREE” ,To light up the beautiful bond with
nature!!!

Participantants tied a rakhi to any nearby tree or a sapling as the sign of Protecting
the tree or sapling throughout the life

Hence, we celebrated "Raksha Bandhan" in a unique way!

Above 10members participated in this event, by showing their love towards

Nature!!!

Rotaract club of PSG iTech had conducted an event “lets know new” , A online
tutorial for government school students.

The basics of the computer and Microsoft word taught to the students.

50 students from kalaimagal kalvi nilayam girls higher secondary school , erode.
Actively participated in that event.

SPARKLE-Training for Presidents and Secretary

SPARKLE- Training for Presidents and Secretaries was held on 7th and
8th August, President and Secretary of Rotaract Club of PSG iTECH has
attended the event SPARKLE.

LEAP- Club Official Training Seminar

LEAP- Club Official Training Seminar was held on 15th August, Board
members of Rotaract Club of PSG iTECH have participated in several sessions
based on their designations and Interest.
