Project Name: Project Words of Wisdom

Target Audience- General Public
Project Description- Our Club had conducted and posted a variety of
posts on Instagram relating to the idols and the knowledge given in the
holy gita. It not only tells us our goal or life purpose but also is a key
learning in guiding us throughout our life and our eternal jorney
through different forms of life.

Project Name :Project Krishna Quiz

Date:30th August 2021
Target Audience- General Public
Project Description -On 30th August on the occasion of Janmashtami
Rotaract Club of Delhi Vikas had organized a knowledgable and learning
quiz about lord Krishna ,his life and his idols principle which have been
with us for a very very long time.
The story of Lord Krishna teaches us that life isn’t all about hardships
and tests it is also all about the lessons ,the enjoyment and the worship
of your parents who have given a life to us because whatever we have
and will be all will be because of our parents.

In the quiz interactive questions regarding the birth place of Lord Krishna
were asked and about his life journey.The quiz was thoroughly enjoyed
by all the club members and all were involved actively.

Project Name: Collaboration with Ashoka Artisans

Date:30th August 2021
Target Audience-General Public
Project Description-On 30th August on the festival occasion of
Janmashtami Lord Krishna’s birthday Rotaract Club of Ashoka Artisans
collaborated with Rotaract Club of Delhi Vikas. Our President Rtr. Palak
Gupta performed along with many Rotaractors on the occasion of
Janmashtami and enjoyed the festival over the social media celebrating
the occasion.
 INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

Project Name-Project Kuch Meetha Hojaye

Date-13th to 18th September
Project Description- Rac Club of Delhi Vikas Collaborated with RaC Club
of Visioners League,RID 3011 and RaC Club of Daund College ,RID 3131
on their project Kuch Meetha Hojaye where pictures of either a dish
with chocolate as the main ingredient that you made or a dish that you
ate/ drank that had chocolate in them were sent for the collaboration.

 CLUB SERVICE
Project Name: President’s Meet
Project Description: President’s of other clubs meet for an informal meet at
the salt café to discuss and plan about the future collaborations and
partnerships and how they can use the platform to further help and grow both
the community and the society. President’s from clubs RaC Hansraj Collage,
RaC Rohini Maims and Rac Delhi Mavericks were the one’s who attended the
informal meet.
Project Name: Meet with Rotarians
Project Description: The President Rtr. Palak Gupta and the Club Secretary
Rtr .Saksham Mittal meet with the President of Rotary Club of Delhi Vikas at
their residence to discuss about the Club’s Installation Ceremony and to plan
and discuss about the future partnerships. The main goal of the meet was to
strengthen the bond between the Parent Rotary and the club.

Project Name: District Meet

Date: 25th August 2021
Project Description: Rotaractors from all Rotaract Clubs under the Rotaract
District 3012 mostly President Representatives from all clubs meet for a
formal meet to strengthen the bond between all the clubs and to increase the
bonding for better work abilities and more responsibilities. The Future aspect
were thoroughly discussed by the District Representatives and it was an
heartfelt welcome by them for each one of the club that was invited.
Project Name: Club’s Installation Ceremony
Date- 5th September 2021
Project Description: Rotaract Cub of Delhi Vikas organized it’s first ever
Installation Ceremony on 5th September at Lechef Banquet Hall in the
afternoon which was indeed attended by all the board members, team
members, Representatives of Parent Rotary Club and District Representatives
of RID 3012.
It was indeed an amazing day probably the most enthusiastic and energetic
day for the club ever. On the day of installation the club representatives talked
and gave projections of the upcoming projects like the blood donation
camps ,The Detox scessions ,The pan card and adhaar card seva for all the
underpreviliged and people living in the rural areas, The Vaccination Drives
that will be conducted by the club ,The Project on Distribution and awareness
regarding The Use of Sanitary Pads.
The club also launched it’s new logo as shown below-

The Club Also Launched it’s new theme BOLD which stands for
Building Opportunities for Leadership and Development.
Project Name-Club’s Meet
Date-7th September 2021
Project Description-On 7th September 2021 The member’s of RaC
Delhi Vikas met for an online meeting to discuss the matters about
the successful installation and the club future projects and how arey
going to be executed.
All the Board Members and the members were present during this
meet from all the avenues to discuss the planning of activities and
their details for the future projects and collaborations.
Project Name-Installation Rotaract Club of Outstanding Business
Students Rid3012
Date-19th September 2021
Project Description-On 19th September 2021 Rotaract Club of Delhi
Vikas attended the installation of Rotaract Club of outstanding
Business Students RID3012 and we would like to congratulate
President RTR. Paraardha Goel and her team for a very successful
installation and we wish them all the best for a great tenure.

Project Name-District Excursion

Date-10th to 12th September
Project Description-Members from RaC Delhi Vikas went to
Mukteshwar .It was an extremely fun trip where all the Rotaractors
met each other and enjoyed and planned fun activities and were
connected by the nature in those Mesmerizing Hills.
 Professional Development

Project Name-Detox Session on the Financial Markets and Asset

Allocation.
Date-18th September
Project Description: On 18th September 2021 Rotaract Club of Delhi
Vikas began it’s Webinar series by the name of Detox .Our First
seccion was taken by our very own Club Secretary Rtr. Saksham
Mittal. Saksham has been trading and investing in the stock markets
since 4 years and was very happy to help all the club members to
start their own financial journey into the stock markets. The concept
of Detox is very inspiring , Each Rotaractor from our club will be
taking and conducting a webinar on a field that he/she masters in
and has been a part of their respective field.
These Webinars will initiate a sense of entrepreneurship in each of
the members and help them explore other fields.
 SUMMARY

In the Month of September we focused more on

Collaborations and overall Professional Development
of all the members through our Detox Sessions.
We had Collaborated with other clubs from our District
and others District as well and conducted a variety of
activities for not only the members of the clubs but
even for the general public through our social media
handles and in person meet.
Even in the near future we will be focusing more
towards Professional Development which not only
helps us but to all the members of the clubs which are
employed in different jobs all across India.
