I, President of Lions Club of Kathmandu Regency, present report of the club on behalf of my secretary as well
as Treasurer as follows,

A. Administrative progress Report

 Membership Strength 21 Net Gain : 1
 WMMR of July : Sent
 District dues and Multiple dues with Disaster relief dues : will pay soon
 International Dues : will be paid within time
 MJF: 1 NLF members: 1 TU founder Blood Bank Life Member: 1 Chartered New Club : 1

B. Activites Based Report

1. Participation:
Club Chartered President Lion Badri Bhattarai, Ambiika Bhattarai, and Raju Bhandari have
been conducted many more training programmes organised by District . The club has been
participating the different programme with Governor’s Signature activities.

2. Hunger Relief Programme

The Hndover dy of July 1st has been celeberated in an orphan aged home in Dadagaun
Budhanilakantha with DG team with sports materil distribution as well tree plantation was
done into Budhanilakantha School with DG team. Blood dontion progrmme hs been
conducted in Budhnilkatha with Sports society.

3. Environment
Tree planttion programme organised in Budhanilakantha school and different programmes
has been organised in Budhanilakantha Municipality.

4. First Cabinate Meetings and programmes

The club has been take the opportunity to participate in the First Cabinate Meeting .

C. Future Plan and Programme

1. Blood Donation Programme in Kalanki in first Oct, 2022.
2. Initiating for MJF and NLF from the club committed in Induction.
3. Hunger Relief programme remain continue on the ouspicious occasion on Bithday of our
Lions members.
4. Pedaitric Cancer awarness programme is going to conduct with the collaboration of
Neplaya College, Kalanki.
5. My Bag my friend programme will be conducted with Bag Chair Ambika Bhattarai.
