District Awards: Rules & Criteria

 Winning Individual award shall be a good standing member of a Good Standing Club in
District.
 Winning club should be a good standing club in ‘District.
 Achievements during the year for of ice held.
 Active participation in own Club, Zone, Region and District Program and events.
 Timely Club MMAR/Quarterly Report of D.C., R.C., Z.C. to District Governor as per
Schooling guide-line to respective post for evaluation for selection of Award.
 MMAR with exaggerated & False Reporting, without proof and not punctual shall not
be considered.
 Documents, Photographs, News paper cuttings, Invitation Cards, Circulars, Certi icates,
Pamphlets, Z.C., R.C., D.G. visit, Dist. Conference, District, Region, Zone Programs will
assist for Award.
 Selection and judgement for award will be under taken with the help of committee
consisting of D, G, DC District Award & D.C. Evaluation & Dist. Cabinet Secretary.
 In case of any difference of opinion, District Governor’s decision will be Final and
binding to all concerned Participant, District Governor gets privilege to make any
change in the award Criteria and guideline or remove any award category.
 For Cabinet members, no bar of club’s membership strength.
 Club Evaluation will be from club MMAR submitted to district Governor, hard-
copy/Email, with evidential proof of Administrative/Service Activity, done from
Lionistic year and report to my LION site. will be consider.
 Each award will be either “DIAMOND, PLATINUM OR GOLD”.

As per Membership of Clubs, as on 31.03.2023, Clubs are divided into Three (3) Groups as under

Group-1: Clubs with membership up to 30

Group-2: Clubs with membership from 31 to 50
Group-3: Clubs with membership from 51 to onwards
Awards are distributed in each three (3) categories
