Instructions to Candidates for First round of Counselling

Department of Design, DTU is conducting the counselling process in Seminar Hall of the department.
The selected candidates are
required to follow these instructions.
Please find the tentative list of selected candidates for first round of counselling. Reporting
Time for all selected candidates is 10 am-12 am on &" July 2022.
2. Please note that the document verification process will be done in the department. Candidates
should bring all originals to verify. If no discrepancy is found in the documents, the selected
candidates will be able to pay the admission fees of Rs 2, 19,000 through Demand Draf
3. The payment of admision fees will be only through Demand Draft in favour of the
"Registrar, Delhi Technological University" payable at New Delhi.
4.Upon payment of Admission Fees, the candidate will be granted provisional admission"
S. The candidate is required to pay the admission fees latest by 8h July 2022, by 3:00 P.M.
Please note that any requests for extension of dates/ time will NOT be entertained.
6. In case the selected candidate has not paid the admission fees by the required time, they will
forfeit their seats and will not be considered for further rounds of admission except for spot
rounds.
7. List of documents to be presented at the time of verification are mentioned below:
DTU Application form, UCEED-2022 card, X - Marksheet, X - Passing Certificate, XIl
Marksheet, XII Passing Certificate, Address proof, Aadhar Card, Category certificates (if
applicable), and Demand Draft for the fees. Medical Certificate. 3 passport size
photos
(XII-class admit card, issued by respective board) In case 12" class result is awaited.

NOTE:
Any requests for extension of time due to any reason will not be entertained.
The allotment of seats is done strictly on the basis of merit list based on UCEED 2022 score.
In case of any mistake found during the admission process due to wrong entry of details by
candidate, admission will stand cancelled.

Admission is subject to the verification of the original documents. Candidates are required to submit
original documents along with I set of self-attested photo-copies of the original documents for the
all
purpose of verification. The original documents will be returned to the students after verification.
