On this beautiful lines, the concept of the field feedback is started by the
Team Warangal.

To take cognizance of the working environment of canpals in the

region,teamWarangal has pondered over and brought up an initiative
known as field feedback. It is a comprehensive task which serves the
purpose of the members to communicate to their respective leaders with
adequate time.

At the onset of dusk ,the team visited the Husnabad and

Bheemadevarapaly branches and the members embraced the presence of
the team for the valuable time spent with them. The team took the
observations discussed with them , enquired the well being of the staff
and had a brain storming session on work life balance with due impetus
given to the general secretaries message of leaving office on time.

The canpals had raised concerns over the complexities of working in the
present banking scenario and their remedies while discharging the duties.
However they have shown their gratitude to the association for hand
holding them for which they have attributed and praised CBOA Warangal
as guiding force.
Warangal team looks forward in visiting the branches every month .
 CANPAL KITE FESTIVAL SEASON - III

The hearts of Canpals are filled with joy and happiness for the whole day
as family members of Canpals actively participated in the event .

Little champions mesmerized throughout the day with their games ,

Dances & Kite Festival Turned into a fantastic show.

First time in the history of CBOA... where spouses of the Canpals came
up with the Two teams to play a cricket match and it was wonderful to
witness the energy levels of the teams.

The name may be the kite festival but it is a dancing show for our little
champions & in the afternoon the trees along the ground side became
the picnic spots for our Canpals families.

Special appreciations to Team Karimnagar who travelled more than km

to take part of kite festival... kudos to you Canpals..

It was the day written in the history of CBOA... as the event conducted
with the children’s and life partners of the Canpals and team Warangal
is fortunate to witness it

It was a Memorable day and Capital of CBOA Warangal region added

another Dimond to its Crown.
 RANGOLI - CELEBRATION OF PONGAL WITH COLOURS

Women Canpals Transformed their thoughts into Rangoli colour’s on the

auspicious occasion of Sankranti which is widely known as Pongal.

It was fortunate to witness the Nari shakthi of Warangal who

gathered and shown their energy levels.

The event went on for hours with the wonderful presentations of our
sisters which symbolizes the togetherness of Canpals... promoting by our
Mighty CBOA.

It became the Platform to show the hidden talent of our Women Canpals
& with their intelligence words projected as beautiful drawings.

One pictures speak thousands of words like our Rangoli drawings given
presented the essence of Sankranti festival and its importance.

Women Canpals shown their love on CBOA with their wonderful

drawings on success stories of our Mighty Association.
 "What you do has far greater impact than what you say"

Serving the society with relentless pursuit is what makes the members
of CBOA a special. And indeed it is a testament to the commitment of our
canpals.

As a continued tradition , team suryapet and team Karimnagar has

conducted blankets distribution drive to the needy people who are
mostly helpless living on the streets and mostly destitutes difficult to
survive during winters.This is the second season team suryapet is
conducting the drive .

There is no better service than providing warm clothing to the needy

during the winter season. Lakh’s of homeless experience bitterness of
winter and are at great risk of suffering from severe illnesses, but at the
same time, it has given an opportunity to serve humanity by donating
blankets to the needy. There cannot be a bigger satisfaction than saving
someone’s life.

CBOA Warangal canpals are at forefront who repeatedly creates an

opportunity in extending warmth and care to the needy by providing
meaningful gift during winters.

Saving one life is as if saving whole of humanity.

I hereby express my gratitude for the prompt and efficient handling of my request regarding the disallowed portion of
my wife's medical expenses. I acknowledge with appreciation that I have received the amount of Rs. 6600/- which
adequately covers the said disallowed portion. This action speaks volumes about your commitment of our great leaders
towards us. This positive experience has further strengthened my trust towards our CBOA and commitment towards
supporting individuals like us during challenging times.

I felt overwhelmed by the response and support rendered by our CBOA , my issue pertains to increment addition along
with 4 years arrears for jaiib, after approaching our DGS Ravi keloth sir, he assigned task to Warangal RS Vikram sir, he
continuously followed up and took the issue to every management meeting and after consistent follow up the increment
with arrears released in January salary.

I thank from the bottom of my heart for the valuable support from our CBOA

I am happy to share you about disallows portion of medical bill from our CBOA I Gaddam Someshwar Manager Emp no
791702 has received two times disallowed portion of medical bill from CBOA on 30/12/2022 and 14/04/2023 of Rs 15000
each time within 4months of gap.

Prevention is better than Cure.

*General Charges *

Each member of the Branch should be aware of what going out from
General Charges.Now a days we are regularly hearing about
misappropriation of General Charges. It is the are of concern in any
Branch/ admin unit. In Branch every staff should be able to know what is
going out from General Charges.

Bank has laid certain guidelines regarding General Charges and most of
the GC are centralised now.Each and every Debit to the General Charges
are to be backed by genuine Bills and respective authorisation of Branch
In charge.Branches to the possible extent avoid cash payments of General
Charges to vendors. Branch staff have to be vigilant about any repeated
bills for the same reasons to avoid further damage.

*Staff Transactions*

As a direct recruit officers all our Canpal’s are to bound by the service
regulations laid by Bank. One of the main regulations is to keep our
Hands safe. Never allow any transactions with customers. Any income
other than Salary is to be declared in annual Property Returns.

Any outside borrowings are to be availed with prior approval from

concern authorities. At any point of time Staff accounts can’t be used as
intermediate for customer transactions or any other transaction related
to Customer.
