    MINUTES

    1. Call to Order
    The meeting was called to order by the SGO President, Mr. Jayson Dosano at
    10:00AM at the MCTI Library.
    2. Welcome and Introductions
    Mr. Jayson Dosano welcomed everyone to the meeting and introductions were
    made.
    3. Presentation of the Agenda
    The following agenda was presented by the SGO President, Mr. Jayson Dosano:
    A. General Guidelines
    B. Discussion of Guidelines for each Event
    4. Recognizing the Opinions of the teachers about the said Agenda
    The SGO President, Mr. Jayson Dosano catered the concerns and suggestions
    of the teachers regarding the agenda. The following was decided and agreed:
    A. General Guidelines
     Those who were pregnant will be prohibited to join the events
    specially on outdoor sports. Each student must only join a
    maximum of 2 events. Failure to follow these guidelines will result
    to automatic team disqualification.
    B. Discussion of Guidelines for each Event

    5. Adjournment
    With no further business to come, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00PM.
