to SED two sets of the following prospective employees fingerprints for employment and the signed
Consent Form, along with a request for CONDITIONAL CLEARANCE:

On the recommendation of Mr. Vigliotti, Superintendent of Schools – WHEREAS, the Jeff-Lewis

BOCES on behalf of General Brown Central School has promptly submitted to SED two sets of the
following prospective employees fingerprints for employment and the signed Consent Form, along with
a request for conditional clearance. These employees have received FINAL CLEARANCE from SED:
