Greetings in the Name of St. La Salle!

The NCF Basic Education Department conducted its practices in this National Holiday. By virtue of a special request
submitted to the Human Resource Management Office, it was noted and approved by the Administration thereafter.

Whereas, due to the lack of time to have practices for the Grade 7 and 9, they are currently in the campus to be present
in their activities. As well as the presence of every official to facilitate in order to assist the coaches in every ball game
prior to the preparation in the upcoming BED Intramurals.

Now therefore, be known by all men by these presents; that I, John Sebastian Flores, President of the Supreme Student
Council, by the authority vested in me by law, do hereby order:

1. It is declared that the Security of Naga College Foundation were informed of the events for today amidst of the
National Holiday; that the players of Grade 7 and 9, PEP Rally Members of Grades 7-10, photoshoot and
practices of Grades 7-12 for the Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2022, are ongoing;
2. It is hereby ordered that any Officer of the Supreme Student Council who’s present shall have the authority to
deny any admission of any student of Junior High School who are not part of any practices ongoing today;
3. It is hereby ordered that overstaying shall be prohibited, and the NCF SSC and Security will have the right to
dismiss any players, candidates, dance formation members who exceeds in their allotted time.
4. Declaring that the Supreme Student Council’s Officers shall NOT be exempted with this Order;
5. It is also ordered that students who will conduct their Performance Tasks or any academic activities inside the
campus will not be allowed.
6. Any student who will not comply with this order shall be recorded and be brought to the Prefect for Students’
Formation.

Done in the City of Naga, this 30th day of November, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
