Resolution No. _01__ s.2019

Resolution Requesting the HONORABLE KRISTINE G. SINGSON, Congresswoman,
Second Legislative District, Province of Ilocos Sur to Please donate sets of Basketball
and Volleyball stands with complete accessories for Cervantes National High School,
Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, for the students to develop their God-given talents and skills
physically and mentally, good leadership and sportsmanship and to serve as diversion
for them to go away from their bad vices.

WHEREAS, Cervantes National High School caters complete basic secondary education to
Junior and Senior High School with MAPEH and H.O.P.E as one of the subjects
offered.
WHEREAS, the school is burdened with yearly preparation especially in putting up temporary
basketball court and volleyball equipment that are used during school
programs/activities and celebrations.
WHEREAS, the school felt the inconvenience of students, guests, visitors, and teachers
during school programs because of lack of adequate sports equipment to
accommodate them.
WHEREAS, the students do not have appropriate venue to showcase their God-given talents
and skills in sports, and other physical education activities.
WHEREAS, the school strongly believes that the presence of sets of basketball equipment
and volleyball equipment in the school will not only augment the establishment of
the school in terms of its physical facilities but it will also provide a venue for
further development of skills, knowledge and values of students, teachers,
parents, and the school community in general.
WHEREAS, the School Administration, Members of the faculty and other Employees, School
Governing Council, FPTA Officers and members, students, and the whole locality
know very well of the over flowing love and concern of our very own
Congresswoman, HONORABLE KRISTINE G. SINGSON especially to those like
us who are in dire need of facilities for the education and for the development of
culture, arts and sports in our students.
RESOLVED, THEREFORE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Cervantes National High
School Administration, Members of the Faculty and Other Employees, School
Governing Council, FPTA Officers jointly request from HONORABLE KRISTINE
G. SINGSON, Congresswoman, Second Legislative District, Province of Ilocos
 Sur to please donate sets of Basketball and Volleyball stands with complete
accessories for Cervantes National High school, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to forward copies of this humble resolution to the office of the
Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE PABLITO BENJAMIN P. MAGGAY II for his
endorsement.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of the resolution be given HONORABLE KRISTINE G.
SINGSON, Congresswoman, Second Legislative District, Province of Ilocos Sur.

Resolution Requesting the HONORABLE PABLITO BENJAMIN P. MAGGAY II, Mayor,
Municipality of Cervantes, Cervantes Ilocos Sur to Please donate Three (3) Water tank/s
for Cervantes National High School, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, for students and teachers
health.

WHEREAS, Cervantes National High School caters complete basic secondary education to
Junior and Senior High School.
WHEREAS, the school is burdened with yearly lack of convenient water supply due to less
water tanks/ water reservoir the school has.
WHEREAS, the school felt the inconvenience of students, parents/guardians, guests, visitors,
and teachers especially during this time of pandemic that everybody should
adhere to the health and safety protocols strictly advised by the IATF.
WHEREAS, the school strongly believes that the presence of water tanks/ water reservoir in
the school will not only augment the establishment of the school in terms of its
physical facilities but it will also provide health awareness of students, teachers,
parents, and the school community in general.
WHEREAS, the School Administration, Members of the faculty and other Employees, School
Governing Council, FPTA Officers and members, students, and the whole locality
 know very well of the overflowing love and concern of our very own Mayor,
HONORABLE PABLITO BENJAMIN P. MAGGAY II, especially to those like us
who are in dire need of facilities for the education and for the development of
health awareness in our students.
RESOLVED, THEREFORE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Cervantes National High
School Administration, Members of the Faculty and Other Employees, School Governing
Council, FPTA Officers jointly request from HONORABLE PABLITO BENJAMIN P. MAGGAY
II, Mayor, Municipality of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur to Please donate Water tank/s Water reservoirs
for Cervantes National High School, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, for students,parents/guardians and
teacher’s welfare.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to forward copies of this humble resolution to the office of the
Municipal Sanggunian Bayan Members, for their endorsement.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of the resolution be given to HONORABLE PABLITO
BENJAMIN P. MAGGAY II. Mayor, Municipality of Cervantes, Cervantes
